Spicy. (no picture)
I forgot to take a picture of this so you will just have to take my word :)
I boiled rice to make the base.
While that was boiling i put chicken cubes in some oil to cook.
when they were done cooking i added soy sauce, siracha, chili powder, and some cayenne powder to the pan. I mixed all of them together and then added in peppers, carrots, and cucumbers.
I then placed them over top of the rice.
Then i sliced up an avocado and placed that decoratively (to the side) and squeezed some lemon and lime juice onto it.
I had cottage cheese and a yogurt with it.

November 18th
For dinner on the 17th, we had Cajun seasoned chicken tenderloins. I had made one extra for this lunch and put it in the corner. I made Japanese potato salad again, and boiled corn. For the "veggie-copia" I cut a tortilla in half and then rolled it into a cone shaped and poked a toothpick through one side. I put carrots, celery and some bell pepper sticks in them and added ranch dressing. Accompanying this meal was a vanilla almond silk.
from november 12th
I bought 101 cookie cutters on our last grocery trip. thinking it would be fun to use, i cut up the bread using a trophy, a heart, and a t-rex. I slathered them in pb and apple butter. carrots and pickled okra. a chocolate silk and yogurt accompanied this.

Tomato Salmon Penne Pasta
I found this recipe on Pinterest.com searching under canned salmon recipes because lets face it, its the middle of the month and its time to go grocery shopping so i needed quick dinner/lunch ideas with what i had on hand!!
I did some modifications and here is the result!!
I boiled the penne pasta until it was to my liking which is completely soft through and through. While the pasta was boiling, I took a dab of coconut oil and emptied a can of Garlic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes into the pan and DE-boned the Salmon. I then put the salmon in the pan as well and stirred it around. When the pasta was done, i drained it and added it to the salmon and tomato mix. i stirred that together until it looked like it was all mixed. Added in the pears, the pickled okra, the chocolate bar, and the cheese stick for extra food. The silk is a delicious drink choice as well!

Siracha pasta
Today I made siracha pasta! Basically, I boiled the wholegrain wheat pasta penne. Drained it when finished, and added siracha, ketchup, a dash of Tabasco, and some spaghetti sauce traditional flavor. I boiled the corn on the Cobb in salt and pepper water for 25 minutes and let it cool. I put a dab of butter in a silicone cup and placed it in the Tupperware. Using barans I was able to keep the corn separate from the pasta. Also included is a candy bar and some pickled okra. A chocolate silk was also packed.

Mini Taco Quesadillas
So, here is the thing, i wanted to make quesadillas, but they were too large, the tortillas that is. So here i adjusted it some! I folded the tortilla in half then broke it apart then half again to make 4 triangular shapes. I did this with only two tortillas so i had 8 triangles (im going to call them triangles.) I put them on my oven rack at 500 f., for about 2 minutes or until crispy. I pulled them out and let them cool on a plate. I browned up some hamburger meat and added in taco seasoning. When that was done, i carefully placed some on 4 of the triangles. then i sprinkled cheese over the meat. after that, just put the remaining triangles over top and place in the dish. i cut celery and placed it in one side. then grapes in the other. I also added a small muffin cup of sour cream. not pictured is the silk.

Parmesan Herb UPDATED WITH PICTURE!
I have a knack for cooking. Today I forgot to put my crock pot on! So, I threw chicken breasts in water, tossed them in parmesan cheese mixed with oregeno and Italian and salt and pepper, then baked at 400 f for 45 mins (they were large and thick chicken breasts). I tossed some grapes in a muffin cup and cottage cheese in another. Then added carrot sticks. Also I have a dark chocolate almond silk pouch to take. Thursday, October 23, 2014
A quick lunch
sorry for not updating, I havent been myself recently. I did this for my husband just real fast!
the pbj sandwich i cut in half diagonally. The grapes are just in a paper muffin cup, and the carrots are laying in the way they are to help keep the cheese stick in place.

Lo! Feast of the morrow noontime!
This is fairly simple!! Boil the rice. Cut a bun size hotdog in half, hold it cut side up rounded edge down and cut it into fourths not all the way through though! I used coconut oil to fry them. The turkey and cheese rolls are easy too! Flatten a bread. Add a dab of mayo, slice of cheese and a slice of turkey. Roll up then spear with tooth pics and cut them. I then turned them and made a small kebob look to it. Also included is pickled okra, pears and sour cream and onion chips (lays stackers)
Enjoy!!
Enjoy!!

Sept 22 Bento lunch
inspiration for this lunch was found HERE
Tonight, I have indulged and made my husband a lunch.
I opened a can of tuna and sliced HALF and ONLY HALF of an avocado. I mashed the avocado and then added in the tuna. I drizzled a small amount of pickle juice onto this and stirred.
I sliced the cucumbers into 2 inch pieces, dug out the center and spooned in the tuna salad mix.
I boiled the rice and placed it in neatly using the grass barans again. Because my husband loves being able to take the cold stuff out and heat just the stuff needing heated, I made sure the carrots and the pickled okra were in their serving cups.
ENJOY!!
EDIT: I added a small sauce container of soy sauce, and one of tabasco. Ontop of the carrots i added a mr. Goodbar chocolate bar. He is SURE TO LOVE IT! ;)

September 8th lunch-watch the links :)
This is what we are having for lunch on September 8th, 2014. HI! Me again. I wanted to share with you this lunch :)
Today i made chicken fried rice using coconut oil instead of regular oil. I also used the recipe for Japanese potato salad from again, Ochikeron, located HERE. PS-I put smoked turkey lunch meat instead of ham and it still tastes great!!
Using the "grass" dividers I got from +Heather Lovelady at Ohayo Bento, I put them in the large part of my box.
Next, I put soy sauce in a container (Also from Ohayo Bento) and placed it in my box. The pizza flavored cheese stick and the yogurt i had on hand since it is getting close to the end of the month and we have not gone shopping yet -but thats a different story.
After doing all of this, I decided another "sushi" roll would be fun. Using smoked Turkey lunch meat, mayo, and a pickle slice, I rolled them up, cut them in half, and placed a tooth pick in them.
THe apples you have already seen from me. I used THIS technique and was pleased with my outcome.
There you have it ladies and gents, my husband's lunch for tomorrow!!!

lunch for sept 2 2014
since my husband is not much of a sushi fan, i made sushi ham and cheese! i flatened a slice of bread and added a small amount of mayo then the ham then the cheese and a dab of relish too. I rolled them up and cut them into sections like i would with sushi. I then speared them with rainbow toothpicks. In the smaller container is pickled okra about five of them. Also in this lunch are carrots and cottage cheese. He will also be getting ranch flavored pringle chips and Key Lime Pie yogurt. I hope that he enjoys!! and that you do as well!!
