Healthy

I have been eating well most days! 
I slip a lot because by the end of the day I am so tired i dont want to make food. 
I also have gotten into my healthy shakes.

Trying

Hello Lovelies!! I am trying to do better this year with food I eat!!

I have found several recipes that I am excited to try this year and I hope that things taste well!!

I began my year with meal prepping, and if you follow my other blog you will know I am trying because I want to be healthy!

Most days I have rice, chicken, and a veggie, paired with a fruit, so long as that continues I feel positive that I can make my goals this year!
